PREVIEW PARTY: PHANTOMS OF ASIA

Be the first to get down with Phantoms. Phantoms of Asia that is. It's the Asian Art Museum's bold new contemporary art exhibition that explores spirits and spirituality in Asia. Provocative artworks big and small from all over Asia––and some created on site for this exhibition––will fill the entire museum for a fresh perspective on life, death, the cosmos, nature, and everything in between.
On the night before it opens officially to the public, we're gonna dim the lights and show you a good time. Renowned party music purveyor Vin Sol will bring his trademark hedonistic dance beats. Saddle up to the bar for drinks and nibble on yummy bites. All that gallery hopping and revelry got you feeling hunger pangs? Stop in our cafe (open extra late for us) for substantial refueling. Mix and mingle with artists whose works are in the show, and above all, take in some amazing art. This is an exciting celebration for an exciting exhibition, so let's make it special.
The Preview Party is generously supported by Richard and Kim Beleson, Kumar Malavalli, Maura and Robert Morey, and Dr. Stephen A. Sherwin and Merrill Randoll Sherwin.
