Mind, Body and Art: Yoga for Kids

How do we use works of art to connect with ourselves and others? Explore this idea through movement, meditation, stories and, of course, art. Each session offers an opportunity to delve deeper into practices that balance energy, align your body, and go inward to just chill.

A fun yoga practice just for kids! Children ages 3 and up are introduced to poses that improve their motor skills and balance, encourage them to focus and follow simple directions, and have fun. Each session is 45 minutes long.

12:00-12:45 pm, Ages 9-13
1:00-1:45 pm, Ages 5-8
2:00-2:45, Ages 3-5
